Hand the hall back on schedule.
From a single server closet to a full colocation cage, we plan the removal, destroy the media, recover the value, clear the racks and cabling, and leave the floor in a state your landlord will sign off.

Survey
We walk the space with you: rack count, power, access, freight elevator, dock times and building rules. Your asset list is reconciled against what's actually in the racks.
Plan & quote
A written method statement and schedule, planned around any cutover windows, plus one number: the recovery value of the equipment minus labor, logistics and destruction.
Power-down & de-rack
Your team or ours powers down. We label, de-cable and de-rack, capture every serial at the rack, and seal each cart before it moves.
Media on site
Drives are pulled and destroyed at the mobile shredder on your dock, or sealed and shipped for purge and resale, as the plan says.
Infrastructure out
Racks, cable trays, overhead and underfloor cabling, PDUs, UPS strings and containment removed. Copper, aluminum and steel are bought at posted metal prices.
Handback
Floor swept, tiles replaced, a photo record of the empty space, and a close-out pack: certificates, settlement statement and recycling certificates.

Your building's rules, followed.
- Certificates of insurance naming you, your landlord and your colocation provider
- Escorted access and badging arranged through your provider
- Method statements and risk assessments before the first visit
- Our own crew with our own vehicles. No subcontracted labor on the floor.
- Night and weekend work for live facilities
