Illustrative planning figures, not live market prices or an offer. Actual value and service costs depend on models, condition, account locks, quantities, and the agreed scope.

How it is calculated

Each device type has a working resale value by age band, and a handling cost that covers the wipe, verification, grading and certificate. If you choose destroy-all, or a device is worth less than its commodity value, it's valued as recycled material instead. Every drive destroyed adds a per-drive destruction cost. Collections under 40 devices carry a flat collection fee.

What moves the number
  • Age: resale value roughly halves between year three and year five.
  • MDM and BIOS locks: locked devices cannot be resold. Release them before collection.
  • Chargers and completeness: laptops with chargers sell for more.
  • Your data policy: destroy-all is the most conservative option and the most expensive.
